Rabbi Anat Sharbat

Rabbi Dr. Anat Sharbat is one of the Community Coordinators at Hadar in Israel. Anat received her ordination from Yeshivat Maharat and served on the rabbinic faculty of Hebrew Institute of Riverdale - The Bayit. Anat returned to Tel Aviv with her family after 11 years in New York and is currently founding "Shalom Aleichem - Kehila Ivrit" - a community based in central Tel Aviv. Anat received a doctorate in Talmud from Bar Ilan University, focusing on questions of sexuality and holiness in rabbinic literature.
