Sophie Beato

Sophie Beato is the Administrative Assistant at Hadar’s Pedagogy of Partnership. Prior to joining Hadar, Sophie served as the Unit Coordinator at Harvard Business School where she planned campus events and seminars, managed the faculty recruiting efforts, and provided logistical course support for the MBA and PhD programs. She holds a B.A. in marketing and a minor in psychology from UMass, Amherst and a certificate in organizational behavior from Harvard Extension School. She was nominated by HBS management and recently completed the Leadership Essentials program through the Harvard Center for Workplace Development. Sophie lives outside of Boston with her husband, daughter, and dog.
