Confronting Racism
Confronting Racism

As an institution devoted to Torah, Avodah and Hesed, we know that living out our vision demands serious engagement in the national work of confronting racism and creating a reality that honors the fact that black lives matter.

We are committing to two immediate steps as part of a thoughtful and ongoing dedication to doing our part in this work:

- Investing in implicit bias and anti-racism training for our full staff through internal workships and conversation.

- Creating a working group that brings together people across our full spectrum of stakeholders (leadership, staff, alumni, board) to develop 2-3 concrete action steps to implement this year, and 3-4 longer term action steps to plan and implement within the next five years.
