Who We Are
Rafi Barkan Bocarsly
Rafi Barkan Bocarsly is the Alumni Coordinator of Hadar Israel, and an alumnus of both Hadar's summer program (2014) and Elul program in Jerusalem (2020). Rafi grew up in New York, and after high school spent time learning at Yeshivat Ma'ale Gilboa before he moved to Israel in 2017. He has a BA in English Literature from UMass Amherst, and is currently in Hebrew University's MA program in Conflict Resolution.
