Jacob goes to stay with his uncle Laban, dreaming of a ladder with angels ascending and descending at Beth El. He meets the love of his life Rachel and agrees to work for Laban to marry her. Laban tricks him and he ends up marrying both Rachel and her sister Leah. Jacob leaves with his family.
