Bio: My passion is learning and teaching 1:1 nusach, and my favorite summertime activity (even in pandemic) has been sitting by the lake in Chicago with a siddur and a person who wants to learn mincha and just needs someone to coach them one and one.

Number of Students the tutor is comfortable teaching at once: 2 students
Teaching Experience: I have done a lot of b'nei mitzvah tutoting (leyning and basic hebrew decoding assistance) since my own bat mitzvah (2007). In more recent years I am constantly coaching people of all shaliach-tsibur eligible ages on leading various ashkenazi services, mostly in a setting of prepping a co-minyannair to lead something, sometimes in a setting of helping someone can basic familiarity with what they will encounter in minyanim. I have exposure to sefardi minhagim via close attention-paying but my insider knowledge is definitely Ashkenazi and I would certainly only feel comfortable teaching that. I have also done a lot of 1:1 study with different tefilah teachers ranging from peers (can you go through this service with me) to professional (I am signing up for a individual lessons with you, a professional teacher of nusach abd tefilah, and you are teaching me and we are learning from each other about pedagogy and style and content). I also have knowledge of Reform summer camp style music.
